Residential Paving

A Better Driveway Starts with the Right Foundation

Whether you're building a new home, replacing an aging driveway, or simply trying to repair a driveway that's seen better days, Fahn's Asphalt can help.

New Driveways for New Construction

Replacing an Existing Driveway

Building a New Home? Let's Start with the Driveway.

A new driveway is more than simply putting asphalt on the ground. Proper preparation and drainage are important to creating a driveway that looks good and performs for years to come.

Fahn's can help with residential paving for:

  • New construction
  • New driveways
  • Rural properties
  • Long driveways
  • Residential additions
  • Driveway extensions
  • Turnarounds and parking areas

Planning a new home?
Contact us early in the process. We can help you determine what needs to be considered for your driveway and coordinate the paving portion of your project.

When Repair Isn't Enough

Over time, Montana's freeze-thaw cycles, moisture and everyday use can take a toll on asphalt.

If your driveway has:

  • Extensive cracking
  • Potholes
  • Large areas of deterioration
  • Uneven or failing sections
  • Drainage problems
  • A surface that's nearing the end of its useful life

it may be time to consider replacing the existing pavement.

We'll evaluate the condition of your driveway and help you understand your options.

Sometimes the right answer is replacement. Sometimes it's repair.

We won't recommend replacing a driveway that can reasonably be repaired.

Driveway Repair & Maintenance

Not Every Driveway Needs to Be Replaced

Some driveways have localized problems that can be addressed without replacing the entire surface.

Depending on the condition of the pavement, options may include:

  • Pothole repair
  • Asphalt patching
  • Repairing failed areas
  • Crack repair
  • Overlays
  • Sealcoating
  • Drainage-related repairs

Our goal is to help you understand what your driveway actually needs, rather than automatically recommending the biggest project.

Montana Weather Matters

Montana weather can be hard on asphalt.

Freeze-thaw cycles, snow, moisture, spring runoff and temperature swings can all contribute to pavement deterioration.

Proper preparation, drainage and maintenance matter.

Fahn's has been working in Montana since 1984, so we understand the conditions local driveways have to withstand.

Local experience matters.
